Chef Alessandro Vianello has over 22 years in the food industry at some of Vancouver’s top restaurants including Wildebeest, Pourhouse, and Ask for Luigi, as well as working in fine dining in the UK and Italy. He specializes in creating delicious unique menus that run cost effectively and show value with high profit margins. He will work with you to develop back of house strategies to control and monitor your cost of goods and labour targets.

Shawn Jones has 25 years of experience in some of Vancouver’s top dining establishments including Hawksworth, Coast and Chambar. As a certified sommelier, she specializes in implementing a high level of service standards, wine training and list creation, as well as front of house operations and labour controls.  Her contacts in the wine industry will help create a one of a kind wine and beverage list to set you apart from the pack.

We also work very closely with many partners including food and beverage suppliers to help get you the best pricing on your products. As well as equipment suppliers, tableware companies, web developers, a public relations firm that can assist with promotion and brand development including social media and get you in front of some of the city’s top influencers and media outlets.
