Chef Alessandro will create a custom menu for you and your guests using the freshest local produce available. Chef Alessandro has been an Executive Chef at some of Vancouver’s top restaurants including Wildebeest, Pourhouse, and Ask for Luigi. He has trained in Italy at Tuscany’s Castello Vicchiomaggio in the heart of Chianti and spent 2 years in the UK as head chef of a 3 Rosette fine dining restaurant called Esperante in the Fairmont St. Andrews in Scotland.
Shawn Jones is a sommelier and food industry veteran with more than 20 years at top restaurants in Vancouver including Chambar, Hawksworth, Coast, Nomad and Old Bird. She is a staple in the BC wine community and will create custom pairings using local and international for each course of your meal.

Our goal is to leave your home kitchen cleaner than when we arrived.
- We do not provide plateware, cutlery or glassware. If rentals are required, we are more than happy to assist with acquiring everything needed to make your event a success.
- Menus are subject to change based on availability of ingredients.
- Chef and his team will arrive 2 hours prior to your event to ensure that everything is in order for a successful event.
- Wine and beverages are not included.
